Link City by R Franco puts five reels and three rows around two distinct feature goals. Its 25 fixed paylines shape the ordinary results. Free Spins can add multipliers to winning combinations, while six or more Link symbols open a prize-collection round with a chance at four jackpot tiers.
Quick take: Multiplier Wilds enhance Free Spins, while Link symbols lead to a separate instant-prize chase.
Theme and Gameplay
The compact 5×3 layout gives ordinary spins a straightforward structure. Follow the paying combinations across the fixed lines, then count the Link symbols separately. Those are different reasons for a result to matter: a line combination pays through the ordinary game, while enough Links move play into Bonus Link.
That distinction gives the reel stops two points of interest without making every special symbol the same kind of event. A collection of Links is worth counting even as you read the regular winning lines.
Slot Features
During Free Spins, Wild symbols that participate in a winning combination apply multipliers of up to 16x. Their position matters as much as their presence. A multiplier Wild needs to belong to a paying combination before its enhancement affects that win; landing one does not award the displayed multiplier as a standalone prize.
Bonus Link activates when six or more Link symbols land. Play then moves into collecting instant prizes, with a chance to win Mini, Minor, Major or Grand jackpots. A jackpot is a possible outcome of the feature, rather than an automatic reward for reaching it.
The two features create distinct goals. Free Spins change the value of qualifying line wins, while Bonus Link moves attention to the prizes being collected.
Feature focus: In Free Spins, follow the winning combination through the Wild: its multiplier matters only when that symbol participates in the paid result.
RTP and Win Potential
Link City has a high-volatility profile, so returns can be uneven. The Free Spins multiplier increases a qualifying win, while Bonus Link offers instant prizes and jackpot opportunities. Neither reaching a feature nor seeing a multiplier guarantees a large payout.
My Thoughts On This Slot
Giving the two features different jobs helps Link City stay readable. Free Spins retain the importance of a paying line, but make the Wild's involvement more consequential. Bonus Link provides a separate goal that begins with a concrete symbol count.
The conventional reel game should appeal to someone who wants familiar line combinations between feature rounds. Someone seeking steady returns may find the high volatility less comfortable. The more interesting fit is a player who enjoys both checking a Wild's place in a winning combination and watching a separate prize feature unfold.
Final Take: A compact line slot whose features give multiplied wins and collected prizes their own moments.
