Lucky Calico Mahjong by Manna Play brings five reels and 30 paylines to a Mahjong table with a calico cat girl. Ordinary play follows paying symbol combinations, while Scatters and Bonus symbols give you two separate feature targets to watch as the reels stop.
Quick take: A Mahjong-themed line slot with an eight-spin free round and a separate Bonus-symbol target.
Theme and Gameplay
The Mahjong setting gives the game its identity, but the ordinary action belongs to a reel game. You are watching symbols form payline combinations rather than making tile selections or building a Mahjong hand. The calico cat girl adds a character focus to that table setting.
Thirty paylines give each result several routes to inspect. A screen containing repeated symbols is only part of the picture: their positions on the paying lines matter. The useful distinction is between those ordinary combinations and the special-symbol counts that can open a feature.
Slot Features
Three or more Scatters award eight free spins. That gives the Scatter count an immediate purpose: reaching the threshold moves play into a free round with a defined starting allowance. Additional free spins can be awarded during that round, so the opening eight need not be its final length.
Three or more Bonus symbols trigger the separate Bonus Game. Keep that count distinct from the Scatters. Both symbols offer something to follow alongside the line results, but they lead to different features.
Feature focus: During Free Spins, an award of extra turns extends the opportunity to form paying combinations. It adds time to the round; it does not by itself make the remaining spins more valuable.
RTP and Win Potential
The advertised RTP is 97.30%, and the listed maximum win is 850x the bet. RTP describes a theoretical return over extended play, rather than a target for one visit. The maximum is a ceiling, so neither figure promises what an individual free round or session will return.
My Thoughts On This Slot
The most appealing part is the contrast between the Mahjong personality and the familiar payline foundation. There is a clear ordinary task—read the combinations—and two special-symbol counts to follow without confusing them with line wins.
The free-spin extension gives the bonus a useful point of interest beyond its opening counter. Someone seeking Mahjong decisions may find the reel format less appealing, while a player who enjoys themed line slots has a straightforward reason to consider it.
Final Take: Lucky Calico Mahjong fits a taste for character-led line slots with a free round that can gain extra turns.
