Celtic Riches by Playzia places five three-high reels among Irish hills, rainbows and a pot of gold. Ordinary spins use 25 fixed paylines, with a Leprechaun Wild helping complete wins. Coins provide the link to two Hold & Win modes, each with a different result to watch.
Quick take: Two coin features split the chase between adding held values and matching jackpot symbols.
Theme and Gameplay
The Irish setting gives the Leprechaun Wild a natural place in the ordinary reel game. Set a stake and press Spin, then look for paying line combinations and feature-starting Coins. The Wild helps with the line results, while Coins can move the action into a held-symbol feature.
That distinction keeps the base game readable. A line win is one outcome; a collection of Coins is something else to follow as the reels stop. The fixed-line foundation gives the more involved bonus rounds room to stand out.
Slot Features
Six or more Coins start Bonus Hold & Win with three respins. The Coins stay locked, and each fresh Coin restores the counter to three. The next arrival therefore does two useful things: it adds a value to the board and gives the remaining empty positions more chances to fill.
The feature ends when all 15 positions are filled or the respins run out, paying the sum of the Coin values. A board with several gaps can still develop, but it needs fresh Coins to keep restoring the counter.
Jackpot Hold & Win follows a different goal. Any Coin can trigger this mode, where jackpot symbols lock in place and three matching symbols award their fixed jackpot. It is the matching set that matters here, rather than simply accumulating Coin values.
Buy Bonus lets the player choose entry to either Hold & Win mode.
Feature focus: In Bonus Hold & Win, a fresh Coin adds its value and restores three respins; in Jackpot Hold & Win, watch for three matching jackpot symbols.
RTP and Win Potential
The maximum win is 300x the stake. The two bonus modes give that prize chase different shapes: one pays accumulated Coin values, while the other awards a fixed jackpot for a matching trio. A respin reset extends the opportunity to collect, without ensuring that the board will fill.
My Thoughts On This Slot
Giving the two Hold & Win modes separate objectives is the strongest idea here. Adding values makes every new Coin useful in one mode, while matching jackpot symbols creates a more specific target in the other.
The modest ceiling may limit its appeal for someone chasing very large stake multiples. Celtic Riches makes more sense for a player who enjoys a familiar line game between bonuses and wants a clear distinction between collecting amounts and completing a jackpot set.
Final Take: Celtic Riches gives its coin chase two understandable goals: build the total or complete the matching trio.
