Joker Heist sends a masked thief in red into a high-security vault. Novomatic set the job on five reels with 243 ways to win, cascading symbols and a multiplier that climbs with every cascade. This Joker Heist slot review shows how that multiplier holds its value during free spins, all the way up to 500x.
Theme and Gameplay
Steel lockers and stacks of gold bars line the vault walls. Posed at the edge of the vault, a red-haired thief in a domino mask poses with a flare in hand. The reels hold blue diamonds, gold bars, purple gems and treasure chests, with glowing card royals for the smaller pays. A grinning jester is the Wild.
Wins are read across consecutive reels starting from reel 1, with 243 possible ways. After each win, the paying symbols disappear and new ones fall into place. Cascades keep going as long as fresh wins form.
Across the header, a multiplier trail starts at 1x and rises to 2x, 3x, 5x, 7x and beyond. Every cascade win moves it one step, and that value applies to the cascade’s total win. In the base game, it resets to 1x before the next spin. Our demo session used a 0.80 bet, with a Buy Bonus button sitting under the reels.
Slot Features
Three special symbols shape each spin. The Wild substitutes for everything except Scatter, Mystery and Booster symbols. Mystery symbols reveal a random paying symbol. Boosters push the multiplier forward by 2, 3 or 5 steps at once. Scatters and Boosters also stay put during cascades.
Scatters open the bonus, with 3, 4 or 5 of them worth 8, 10 or 12 free spins. The multiplier does not reset during the round. Instead, each spin starts where the last one finished, so the value can keep climbing toward the 500x cap. Every Scatter that lands during free spins adds one more spin.
Two buy options are available. The standard free spins cost 100x the total bet. Super Free Spins cost 200x and come with a better chance of Booster symbols.
RTP and Win Potential
Joker Heist caps total wins at 5,000x the bet. On the 0.80 demo stake, five diamonds pay 2.40, or 3x, which shows how much the game relies on cascades and the multiplier rather than single line hits.
My Thoughts On This Slot
Joker Heist looks slick and plays with purpose. Every cascade nudges the trail forward, so even small wins feel like progress. The heist theme is stylish rather than cartoonish, and the vault backdrop suits it well.
The bonus round is a genuine highlight. Because the multiplier carries over, a round that starts slowly can turn sharply once Boosters arrive. Players who enjoy building multipliers will probably find themselves eyeing the Super Free Spins option.
