Lucky Rainbow Rush by Red Papaya brings lucky charms, rainbows and pots of gold to a six-reel, four-row slot with 4,096 ways to win. Ordinary spins combine matching-symbol wins with opportunities to collect cash values. Its defining choice comes in the bonus: stay with symbol combinations and multiplier Wilds, or switch to the cash-focused Rainbow Rush.
Quick take: A bonus choice splits the rainbow chase between multiplier wins and cash collection.
Theme and Gameplay
The Irish-luck setting gives the gold and cash symbols a natural place alongside the ordinary paying symbols. Matching symbols across adjacent reels from left to right form ways wins, so the useful first read is how far a matching combination reaches across the board.
Cash and Jackpot symbols ask for a different reading. A Collect symbol gathers their visible values, and that collection can happen during the base game. A screen containing cash amounts therefore has something separate to watch beyond its ordinary matching combinations.
Slot Features
The triggered bonus offers a choice between Free Spins and Rainbow Rush. The Free Spins route can award up to 30 turns. During those spins, a Wild participating in a winning combination awards a 2x, 3x or 5x multiplier. Participation matters: the relevant event is a paid combination involving the Wild, rather than its appearance anywhere on the reels.
Rainbow Rush offers seven spins using only Cash, Jackpot and Collect symbols. This concentrates attention on the visible amounts and the collection event instead of ordinary symbol matches. The two routes give the bonus a meaningful difference in play: one enhances ways wins, while the other narrows the symbol set around collecting prizes.
Feature focus: In Rainbow Rush, read the cash amounts together with the Collect symbols; visible values and the event that gathers them are separate parts of the result.
RTP and Win Potential
Lucky Rainbow Rush lists 96% RTP, high volatility and a maximum win of 5,000x the bet. The volatility points to uneven returns, while the ceiling describes potential rather than an expected bonus result. Neither bonus choice removes the need for useful symbols to arrive.
My Thoughts On This Slot
The bonus choice is the strongest reason to consider this game. Multiplier Free Spins preserve the matching-symbol rhythm, while Rainbow Rush gives the same gold-collecting theme a more concentrated job. That is a more interesting distinction than simply offering two different spin counts.
The base game also benefits from having a collection event alongside ways wins, although following both makes it busier than a plain matching-symbol slot. Lucky Rainbow Rush should appeal to someone who enjoys choosing between two clearly different feature styles and accepts the uneven pace of a high-volatility game.
Final Take: A rainbow slot whose bonus choice gives its gold chase two distinct directions.
