Wild Dragon Express – Hold & Hit 3×3 sets a gold-trimmed train and dragon symbols against a Chinese-inspired mountain landscape. Its compact 3×3 grid uses five fixed paylines, with wins reading from left to right. The main attraction is a Hold & Hit bonus where collected symbols can build toward a capped prize.
Quick take: A small five-line grid leads into a three-spin Hold & Hit bonus with a 5,000x cap.
Theme and Gameplay
The train and dragon imagery give the game a clear journey through a mountain setting. On ordinary spins, the small grid is easy to scan: look for line combinations starting on the left, and remember that the Dragon Wild can substitute for regular symbols. Bonus symbols and Bonus Collect symbols serve different purposes, so a crowded screen does not necessarily mean the main feature has begun.
Slot Features
Bonus symbols can trigger Hold & Hit. The round starts with three spins, and Bonus symbols lock into place when they land. Each new symbol resets the counter, giving the board another chance to fill. Bonus Collect symbols gather the values shown on Bonus symbols. The round ends after three spins without a new symbol, or when the 5,000x cap is reached. Bonus Blast can add symbols to help trigger the feature. A Bonus Collect symbol can also collect Bonus and jackpot values when they land together outside the main bonus, adding a separate prize opportunity to the base game.
Feature focus: Watch for a Bonus Collect alongside Bonus symbols: it can gather their values immediately, even without starting Hold & Hit.
RTP and Win Potential
The advertised maximum win is 5,000x, reached through the bonus prize mechanics. The Hold & Hit counter can reset when another Bonus symbol lands, but the round can still end after three empty spins.
My Thoughts On This Slot
The compact layout keeps ordinary play direct, while the bonus gives each new locked symbol a clear purpose: it adds value to the board and buys more time. The separate Bonus Collect interaction adds a useful twist because it can matter outside the main feature, too.
The three-empty-spin ending makes the bonus easy to follow, though an empty stretch can cut off a promising board. Wild Dragon Express suits players who enjoy a focused coin-collection feature and a straightforward line game between bonus rounds.
Final Take: A compact dragon-themed slot with a clear Hold & Hit chase and an immediate-use Bonus Collect twist.
