King Richwin is a royal-themed video slot from Playtech, built around a five-reel game with 20 paylines. Matching symbols pay along adjacent reels from left to right, while colored gems collected during ordinary play can shape the bonus that follows.
Quick take: A growing Collector King gathers gems and covered prizes while colored modifiers change the bonus board.
Theme and Gameplay
The King, colored gems and prize symbols give the game a clear treasure-hunt focus. On ordinary spins, watch for gems as well as line wins: each color feeds its own pile, and a gem deposit can activate the King Richwin feature with that color's modifier. The piles give the base game another point of interest, but collecting gems does not guarantee entry.
The Wild helps complete ordinary winning combinations. It substitutes for other symbols except Scatters and the three colored gems, keeping line wins separate from the symbols that lead into the bonus.
Slot Features
Three or more King Scatters start the King Richwin feature with five spins and a 2×2 Collector King. The King moves to gather Collect Gems and their displayed awards. Prize symbols work differently: they are collected when they land behind him, rather than drawing him across the board.
Collected gems fill a counter. Completing a growth stage enlarges the King and awards extra spins, so his footprint becomes increasingly important as the round develops.
The colored modifiers change that process in different ways. Pink Rich Rows gives the bonus eight rows instead of five and allows the King to grow further. Green Rich Spins lets extra-spin awards appear on Collect Gems or Prize symbols. Blue Rich Multis adds multipliers to individual symbols. The Bonus Buy, when available, starts the feature with all three modifiers active.
Feature focus: Watch what lands behind the King as well as where he moves: Collect Gems attract him, but Prize symbols need to fall within his footprint.
RTP and Win Potential
Blue Rich Multis can place 2x on Collect Gems and 2x or 3x on Prize symbols. These apply to the affected symbols rather than every award on the board. A multiplied Collect Gem also counts more than once toward collection, so its effect can help the King reach his next growth stage as well as increase its prize.
My Thoughts On This Slot
The bonus has a satisfying visual idea: a small collector grows as he gathers gems, while the color effects give each pile a different purpose. The distinction between gems that draw him across the board and prizes that must land behind him gives that growth a practical role. A larger King covers more positions where a Prize symbol can be collected.
The colored piles also add something to ordinary spins beyond the line result. Still, the central appeal is concentrated in the feature, so someone who prefers each spin to settle independently may find the build-up less engaging. King Richwin should suit players who enjoy a collector bonus with visible growth and distinct modifiers to track.
Final Take: A royal collector slot where the King's growing footprint gives the gem chase its purpose.
